Sponsorship

Categories of Home Sponsorship:

Foundation Friends: This sponsor agrees to furnish funds at a minimum level of 25% or $14,500.00 of the home sponsorship, labor, and/or material for the “Basic Habitat House.”

Roof Raisers(Co-Sponsor): This sponsor is essentially a co-sponsoring a house by bringing ½ the cost of building a Habitat house. They agree to furnish funds at a level of 50% or $29,000.00 of the home sponsorship, labor and/or materials for the “Basic Habitat House.”

House Sponsor: This sponsor agrees to furnish funds at a level of 100% or $58,000.00 of the home sponsorship, labor, and/or material for the “Basic Habitat House”.

Underwriter: This sponsor funds the entire “Basic House” at 100% or $58,000.00 sponsorship, but does not actively participate in the building process.

Lot Adopter: This level of sponsorship provides a lot for a qualified family at a level of $10,000.00. Sponsorship at this level enables Habitat of Goldsboro-Wayne to acquire a desirable lot and produce the amenities needed to begin construction.
 
Disciple/Apostle Build:  This level allows a number of churches, organizations or individuals to partner together sharing the financial investment and labor.
